WS2 is revolutionizing today's approach to lubrication by general industry.
WS2's unique, extensively-modified lamellar composition on Tungsten Disulfide outperforms other dry coating lubricants. Our proprietary process, Process SL-39, impinges a dry metallic coating without heat, binders or adhesives.
When WS2 is applied to cores, cavities, runners and gates we guarantee you will produce more parts per hour or your money back.
Proprietary Coating Process SL-39
Process SL-39 Outperforms All Other Dry Coating Lubricants
Micro Surface Process SL-39 is a proprietary method of applying WS2 coating. The Process SL-39 offers a superior finish and durability over conventional WS2 applications. We have taken the time to re-engineer our application equipment to fine tune the process, maximizing the coating application for a completely uniform finish with less waste. In addition, our compounds are changed out monthly, to assure the fewest number of contaminants and the best coating possible for our customers.
